Information on LPP's shareholding structure.
Shareholders of LPP SA
- The share capital of LPP SA amounts to PLN 3,711,780 (three million, seven hundred and eleven thousand, seven hundred and eighty) and is divided into 1,855,890 (one million, eight hundred and fifty-five thousand, eight hundred and ninety) shares with a nominal value of PLN 2 each.
- Ordinary shares represent 1,505,890 (one million five hundred and five thousand eight hundred and ninety) and entitle to one vote at the AGM. Registered shares represent 350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand) and entitle to five votes at the AGM.
- In 2018, the founders and existing major shareholders of LPP SA, in order to ensure its long-term continuity and avoid future fragmentation of the Company’s capital, decided to establish a foundation and contribute their shares there.
