LPP wins three awards in the CEE Retail Awards competition

LPP wins three awards in the CEE Retail Awards competition

Europaproperty.com has awarded prizes to the best retail real estate players in Central and Eastern Europe. LPP and its brands won as many as three statuettes in total. The Gdańsk-based company was recognized in the Online Retailer category. The award in the category of Fashion Retailer (over 1,000 sqm) was given to Reserved brand, while the title of Fashion Retailer (over 600 sqm) went to Sinsay, the youngest brand in the Polish producer’s portfolio.

For 15 years now, the CEE Retail Awards have been given by europaproperty.com, a publisher of magazines and organizer of events for the commercial real estate industry. This year, statuettes were awarded in over 30 categories, gathering a record number of participants, including more than 100 retailers active in the region. LPP won the most awards among the nominated tenants.

The Gdańsk-based company won in the Online Retailer category. The jury appreciated the consistent development and strengthening of the omnichannel model of the Polish producer. They also highlighted investments in distribution centers and the implementation of new technologies in the company’s operations, including increasingly streamlined delivery and customer service. An additional highlight was the success of two brands’ – Reserved and Sinsay – mobile  applications, which achieved high ratings in user rankings over the past year and were among the top in terms of the number of downloads.

The other two awards went directly to Reserved and Sinsay brands. The former was the winner in the category of Fashion Retailer (over 1,000 sqm), while Sinsay won among competitors in Fashion Retailer (over 600 sqm) category.

In the case of Sinsay, what was certainly noticed was last year’s dynamic and strongly diversified development of the brand in Poland and the CEE region, which has been ongoing. In the case of Reserved, what draws attention is the brand’s offer, its adaptation to customers’ expectations, but also the attractiveness of limited collections, made of high-quality materials in line with the latest fashion trends. Other important factors are the brand’s marketing activities, especially the cooperation with influencers and world stars. Reserved’s victory is also due to consistent work on the stores – the visual aspects of the interiors and store locations in prestigious shopping malls – emphasizes Magdalena Tatol, Leasing & Expansion Director at LPP.

Awards in all categories of the CEE Retail Awards are given by a jury composed of directors of shopping malls, representatives of key tenants, representatives of large retail agencies, owners of retail facilities, investors, and developers.

Often, the competition jury includes representatives of our direct competition – people from the retail industry, that is, from the environment in which we operate on a daily basis. So we are all the more pleased that we have also been noticed and appreciated by such a demanding group – says Magdalena Tatol.
