The sale of shares of the LPP SA

The Board of the LPP SA inform hereby, that on the 24th day of November, 2014, the Company was notified, pursuant to Article 160 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on publicly traded financial instruments, by one of the members of the Supervisory Board of the LPP SA, that on 24 November 2014 he had sold 318 ordinary shares of the LPP SA at the unit price of PLN 8’999.

The sale transaction was concluded during the trading period at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
