The Management Board of LPP SA (the Company) hereby provides the enclosed information on the remuneration paid to the individual members of the Supervisory Board in 2015 to supplement the information contained under “Transactions with key management personnel” in the annual reports for 2015 made public on April 22, 2016.

The remainder of the published annual reports for 2015 remains unchanged.

The Company shall promptly publish the corrected annual reports for 2015 (individual and consolidated) taking into account the above-mentioned additional information.
