The acquisition of LPP shares

The Board of the LPP SA informs hereby, that on 23 May 2016, the Company was notified, pursuant to Article 160 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on publicly traded financial instruments, by Andromeda Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, managed by EQUES Investment Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA as a related person with Mr Sławomir Łoboda (member of The Management Board of LPP SA) about the acquisition of 70 shares of LPP SA at the unit price of PLN 5,155.36 (the total value of  the transaction PLN 360,875.80). The transaction took place on 20 May 2016.

The sale transaction was concluded during the trading period at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
