The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the AGM as at 29 June 2021:

1) Semper Simul Foundation 1,896,519 votes representing 69,33% of votes at the AGM and 59,54% of the total number of votes,

2) Sky Foundation 261,338 votes representing 9,55% of votes at the AGM and 8,04% of the total number of votes,

3) National-Nederlanden OFE 143,350 votes representing 5.24% of votes at the AGM and 4,41% of the total number of votes
