The Management Board of LPP SA in Gdansk (The “Company”) announces that on December 23, 2021 the Company received notification from Semper Simul Foundation (the entities closely related to: the President of the Management Board – Marek Piechocki, the Vice President of the Management Board – Marcin Piechocki, the Vice President of the Management Board – Sławomir Łoboda, the Member of the Supervisory Board – Piotr Piechocki) a change to the notification on transactions on the Company’s shares published by the Issuer in CR 31/2021.

According to the information received, the wrong number of pledged shares was given by mistake.

The Company attaches the notification received.
