CR 25/2024 Resignation of the Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) announces that on 17 October 2024 the Company received a statement from the current Vice-President of the Management Board, Mr Przemysław Lutkiewicz, on his resignation from the Management Board of the Company. Mr Przemysław Lutkiewicz indicated that he resigned for health reasons.

In connection with the resignation, the mandate of Mr Przemysław Lutkiewicz as the Member of the Management Board has expired today.
