The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the EGM as at 15 November 2024:

1) Semper Simul Foundation 1,978,889 votes representing 74.56% of votes at the EGM and 60.79% of the total number of votes,

2) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 150,588 votes representing 5.67% of votes at the EGM and and 4.63% of the total number of votes,

3) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny 150,488 votes representing 5.67% of votes at the EGM and and 4.62% of the total number of votes.
