What are the responsibilities of Shift Leaders?
When you think about working in a clothing saloon, the first thing that comes to mind is operating a cash register and assisting customers. Are these the main responsibilities of Shift Leaders at Sinsay?

If you are willing to join us, your responsibilities will include tasks that you have probably already learnt how to do. Your job will involve handling cash register operations, accounting for takings and serving customers, but these are not the only tasks that we wish to offer you.
As a Shift Leader, you will also make sure that the products in your Sinsay saloon are displayed according to the brand standards and have the correct price tags.
You will monitor the goods delivery process, accepting and unloading products. We will also make you familiar with the process of making preparations for stocktaking to help you take part in it and work towards minimising the losses of our goods.

We expect more from Shift Leaders than we do from sales staff. This role involves analysing your saloon’s sales performance, drawing conclusions and taking appropriate measures to improve it. You can be sure to have a good deal of leeway and space to put your own ideas into practice.

You will also face positive challenges in the managerial field. Working on your shift, you organise the work of the sales staff and support the saloons manager in their daily tasks. You will be in charge of onboarding, becoming a mentor for newly recruited staff.
Your attention will be every day firmly focused on what is happening on the sales floor. When your supervisor is absent, you are the one to represent the saloon. You take turns with the manager to prepare the team’s monthly schedules. At times, you also provide assistance with tasks related to new staff recruitment.

It is great if you have been involved in the fashion industry, but we welcome candidates from other areas too. Product experience is an asset. We are looking for CVs that show a track record of working as a sales leader, assistant manager, senior salesperson or in similar roles.

We are committed to supporting the development of our saloon staff. Being a Shift Leader gives you the chance to gain experience in the fashion industry and improve your managerial skills. The promotion path from this job leads to the role of Sinsay Saloon Manager.
Still, keep in mind that LPP is not only Sinsay. Our staff have the chance to develop in the saloons of all our brands, that is Reserved, Cropp, House and Mohito. They also have the change to get into managerial roles, such as Department Manager or Deputy Saloon Manager.

Shift Leaders often become fully autonomous employees after just a few months, prepared to build a team and take charge of their saloon. Rapid promotions are nothing surprising within LPP.
