LPP SA hereby presents the attached communication describing the terms and conditions of the sale transaction of the Russian company agreed during the negotiations concluded on 10 May 2022. This report is published in connection with the Company’s application for a decision for the possibility of entering into a composition agreement and the expectation of the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding publishing a current report describing the detailed terms of the transaction.
