Staff with 10 years of service recognised for the 22nd time

On 14 March, the 22nd 10th Anniversary Gala took place in Gdańsk. The event was in celebration of the impressive tenth anniversary of the service of yet another set of employees from across the LPP Group. Each of them received a Swiss watch from the company, and the party continued into the small hours.

The tradition of rewarding long-serving staff

The 10th Anniversary Gala is an event organised for employees who have been part of the LPP Capital Group for as long as a decade. Such an impressive tenure deserves to be celebrated. Since 2003, Marek Piechocki, LPP CEO, has been awarding employees with a Swiss watch. This year, the group of staff having such a long experience has grown by almost 150 employees. More than 2,000 “Ten Year Olds” in total have so far received a special gift, a sign that LPP is an employer that you can remain with for many years while still being appreciated. The gala provides an opportunity to celebrate the contribution of experienced employees to the company’s success.

To keep up with tradition, this year’s gala took place once more in Gdańsk. By no means is this choice of city accidental. It is intended to highlight the roots of our company.

The official part of the event included a speech by our CEO, the presentation of diplomas and watches, acknowledgements and good wishes, a group photo and the premiere of a special film in which several employees shared their personal reflections and memories of their early days of working at LPP. The unofficial part of the event, with various quizzes, competitions and a photo booth, continued into the small hours.
