Open day at headquarters for store employees

On May 8, special guests visited LPP’s Gdansk office. On that day, employees of our brands’ stores from all over Poland came to the headquarters. They had the opportunity to get to know the office side of the fashion industry from the inside.

From showroom to headquarters – open career paths

Last year, the open day took place in the Krakow office. During this year’s Gdansk edition, salon employees learned about the specifics of work in various positions in regional, analytical, and product areas. We prepared a presentation and practical workshops for them. Those willing could also participate in HR Speed Dating, discuss their resumes with our experts, and learn about further development opportunities within LPP structures.

– We are trying to show store employees that they have the opportunity to develop their careers in our office structures as well. Not considering their potential would be a huge loss for us. One example is the position of Sales Coordinator, where employees from the retail area excel, as they are very familiar with the realities of store operations. Students who combine their studies with work in our stores can stay with us after finishing their education and look for a job related to their diploma. There are many possibilities – says Angelika Kucharczyk, junior employer branding specialist.

The event was also an opportunity to visit the Gdansk office and talk to headquarters staff. Thank you all for visiting and engaging. Talking with you was truly inspiring!
