LPP staff have been able to benefit from the “heLPP” wellbeing programme since the last quarter of 2022, the year when the company launched this form of support for employees and their loved ones. From April 2024, the programme is going to be also available to our stores staff.
Support for staff in three areas
We are pleased to announce that, as of early April, we have extended our “heLPP” assistance programme to all staff in the shops of our brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. So far, the benefit has been available to staff at LPP SA, Silky Coders and LPP Logistics. Today, any shop employee can now benefit from free and anonymous legal, financial and psychological assistance.
The “heLPP” programme gives access to expert consultations at short notice. It responds to the current needs of our staff, who expect support from their employer in terms of taking care of their mental wellbeing and work-life balance. The programme ties in with our company’s fundamental values, which include social responsibility, understood not only in terms of impact on the external environment, but also our concern for building a friendly working environment. The benefit helps one to cope better with everyday challenges. It supports employees not only in coping with any fear, anxiety or crisis situations they may experience, but also in tackling the complexities of tax law, family law or effective household budgeting.
“HeLPP” is a project that we are particularly proud of, and we are glad that it is now also available to the staff in all the shops of our brands.
