What would you be doing as a department manager in an LPP shop?
The main task of the department manager is comprehensive management of the subordinate departments (women’s, men’s or children’s). In this position you would also take care of the achieving of sales and KPI targets, and also organizing the day-to-day work of the team in accordance with top-down standards and guidelines. Supporting employee inductions, motivating the team and ensuring a good atmosphere. Also work according to the procedures and standards, setting an example for other employees.
