The operations manager organises the work in the shop warehouse in accordance with the accepted standards, coordinating the delivery processes, the transfer and dispatch of goods, while taking care of the proper stocking of the sales area. Supporting staff inductions, motivating the team and ensuring that the sales and KPI targets are achieved using the available channels and tools. Also work according to the procedures and standards, setting an example for other employees.
