Product preparation departments are the heart of LPP. We design clothing, accessories and home furnishing accessories, analyse trends and work with suppliers from Poland and around the world. We make sure that our collections are unique and respond to the needs of our customers.
What does the product preparation area do?
Everyday activities here include working with fabrics, materials from fashion shows and inspiration boards. Most decisions are made collectively in team meetings, where the designs and sewn models are evaluated. In this department the order terms are also negotiated with suppliers, purchasing plans are prepared, the competition is analysed and the market is monitored.
Each team is responsible for a particular type of assortment, while ensuring that the collections are consistent and in line with the latest trends.
