Due to the discovery of a manufacturing defect in Sinsay children's lights, we kindly inform you that the brand has decided to withdraw the products from sale. Those with product numbers WW388-99X, WW389-30X, WW390-99X, WW391-30X, WW705-30X are asked to stop using it and deliver it to any Sinsay stationary store or return it by courier with a note: RETURN SINSAY CHILDREN'S LAMP. Shipping costs will be paid by the recipient.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that the sale of a similar pattern of lights was also conducted last year. Due to the fact that customer safety is our priority, the brand has decided to accept the return of lamps also distributed in 2018 with numbers: SH018-00X, SH019-00X, UF190-30X, UF191-99X. In this case, the return follows an identical procedure.
