Management Board
According to the Company’s Articles of Association, the Management Board of LPP S.A. consists of two to six persons appointed and recalled by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a period of five years.
Profiles of Board Members
The composition of the Management Board is as follows: President of the Management Board and between one to five Vice Presidents of the Management Board. The Management Board of LPP represents the Company in court and out-of-court dealings. In the tab we present the profiles of individual members of the Management Board of LPP, the scope of their responsibility and a short bio.
Marek Piechocki
President of the Management BoardIn his capacity as CEO, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations – from fashion brands’ management, through product development, and sales operations in the omnichannel model. He supervises the Company’s strategic actions in terms of ESG and manages teams responsible for outsourcing production of the collections worldwide. In 2013, recognised by the prestigious Harvard Business Review magazine as the most effective CEO in Poland.
Born in 1961, Marek Piechocki is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Marek Piechocki is not running any business competitive to the Issuer. He is not a partner of any competitive partnership, nor a member of any board within any competitive limited company, nor within any other competitive legal entity. Marek Piechocki has not been entered into the Insolvent Debtors Register kept under the National Court Register Act. Show more
Marcin Bójko
Management Board Member, CFOPreviously, in the years 2012-2023, he was associated with the Orlen group where, among others, he supervised subsidiaries from various industries, while in the years 2021-2023, as the Controlling Director, he was responsible for the financial reporting area of the Czech Unipetrol group. He implemented a comprehensive scope of financial management in the production, logistics and sales areas. He has extensive experience in the development of strategic initiatives ( investment, recovery plans, structural optimisation, implementation of best practice), M&A projects and the development of business synergies.
He was born in 1985. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Białystok University of Technology and is certified in management accounting by CIMA, as well as has successfully passed the exam for candidates for members of supervisory bodies organised by the MAP (Ministry of State Assets) (formerly by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister – KPRM).
Marcin Bójko is not engaged in any activities competitive to the Issuer’s business, he is not a partner in any competitive civil law company or partnership, he is not a member of any governing bodies of a competitive capital company or any other competing legal person.
Marcin Bójko is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register. Show more
Sławomir Łoboda
Management Board MemberAs Vice-President of the Management Board, since October 2015, he has been responsible for the development of LPP, i.e. for the acquisition of new retail space, market analyses, as well as for the legal department.
He has implemented many projects during his time with LPP. He created a franchise network, introduced the company onto the stock market, merged the company with Artman SA, disposed of the Esotiq brand, and developed the company’s own store chain.
Mr. Łoboda is the President of the Council for the Hospice Foundation, a non-profit organisation which takes care of the chronically ill. For his social commitment, Mr. Łoboda was honoured with the Brown Cross of Merit awarded by President Bronisław Komorowski.
Born in 1965, he is a graduate of law from Gdańsk University. In 1995, he passed the bar examination for legal advisors.
Sławomir Łoboda is not running any business competitive to the Issuer. Marcin Piechocki
Management Board MemberFrom 2018, he managed the process of opening and operating the largest Reserved brand stores in the region. At that time, he was entrusted with supervising and co-creating the new concept for Sinsay, the latest brand in the LPP Group's portfolio. He was responsible for the Sinsay range, collection sales and the brand’s expansion in new locations.
In the following years, he served as Managing Director of Sinsay and Mohito and was responsible for the company's internal communication and LPP's external relations. In 2021, he was appointed to the company's management board as its vice-president.
Marcin Piechocki's professional career began in 2013, when he joined Citibank International, managing its IT team until 2017.
He was born in 1989. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Marcin Piechocki is not engaged in any activities which could be considered competitive to the Issuer's business, he is not a partner in a competitive civil law company or partnership, he is not a member of any governing bodies of a competitive capital company or any other competing entity. Mikołaj Wezdecki
Management Board MemberPreviously, from 2006 to 2019, he was affiliated with RTV EURO AGD, an electronics and household appliances retailer, where he built one of the largest online retail stores for consumer electronics and household appliances in Poland.
Since 2019, he has been involved with the Modivo Group as a member of the management board and director for the e-commerce area, where he launched the new Modivo.pl sales platform, one of the leading online platforms in Central and Eastern Europe. At the same time, he actively participated in the development of the company's strategy and in the process of securing an investor for the company, eventually going with SoftBank, the world's largest investment fund.
He was born in 1983. He graduated from the Higher School of Management and Marketing in Warsaw and the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. He also holds an Executive MBA degree from the Warsaw University of Technology.
