First fitting

We help children and teenagers catch the fashion bug by working in our stores.

About project

Between 2017 and 2019, as part of the “First Fitting” project, we have been helping young people from children’s homes to learn about working in our industry and catch the fashion bug. We have been giving them the opportunity to gain first experiences on the labour market – so important once they start their independent lives. Participation in the “First Fitting” project gives young employees the chance to gain professional competences in the field of working at the store and holding various positions. Some of them joined the teams of permanent employees of our stores.
