With reference to CR 50/2020 of 30 December 2020, the Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that, on 3 February 2021, at the meeting of the Supervisory Board, Mr Miłosz Wiśniewski was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LPP.

Mr Miłosz Wiśniewski was an independent member of the Supervisory Board of LPP from 20 October 2017.
