The Board of the LPP SA informs hereby, that on 20 April 2015, the Company was notified, pursuant to Article 160 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on publicly traded financial instruments, by one of the members of the Management Board of the LPP SA, that on 17 April 2015 he had sold 285 ordinary shares of the LPP SA at the unit price of PLN 7.212,77.
The sale transaction was concluded during the trading period at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
