Resignation of a Member of the Board of Directors of LPP SA

The Management Board of LPP SA hereby informs that on 17 March 2016, Piotr Dyka, Vice President of the Management Board tendered his resignation from the post of Vice President of the Management Board of LPP SA. The resignation was submitted to the President of Supervisory Board and the Company, with effect from 17 March 2016.

Piotr Dyka has held the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board since 2009. He was responsible for the operation and development of LPP’s leading brand – Reserved,  the creation of Sinsay and the development of online sales channels for LPP.
