The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the EGM as at 13 September 2019:

1) Semper Simul Foundation 1 019 208 votes representing 43.5% of votes at the AGM and 31.5% of the total number of votes,

2) Sky Foundation 926 338 votes representing 39.5% of votes at the AGM and 28.6% of the total number of votes.
