The Management Board of LPP SA informs that, today, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has adopted a resolution on payment to shareholders of a dividend for the financial year from 1 February 2022 to 31 January 2023, in the amount of PLN 430 per share.

The Annual General Meeting has decided that the 10th of July 2023 will be the date of making the list of  shareholders eligible to be paid the dividend for the financial year from 1 February 2022 to 31 January 2023 (the dividend date).

The dividend shall be paid in two equal instalments (PLN 215 per share):

– the first instalment on 14 July 2023,
– the second instalment on 10 October 2023.

All 1,855,190 shares in LPP SA give dividend rights.
