The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the AGM as at 30 June 2023:

1. Semper Simul Foundation 1,978,889 votes representing 71.6% of votes at the AGM and 60.8% of the total number of votes,
2. Sky Foundation 185,963 votes representing 6.7% of votes at the AGM and 7.0% of the total number of votes,
3. Nationale-Nederlanden OFE 145,868 votes representing 5.3% of votes at the AGM and and 4.5% of the total number of votes.
