The acquisition of LPP shares

The Board of the LPP SA informs hereby, that on 29 April 2016, the Company was notified, pursuant to Article 160 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on publicly traded financial instruments, by Subfundusz EQUES Akcji, separated as EQUES Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty as a related person with Mr Sławomir Łoboda (member of The Management Board of LPP SA) about the acquisition of 10 shares of LPP SA at the unit price of PLN 5,562.72 (the total value of the transaction PLN 55,627.20). The transaction took place on 27 April 2016.

The sale transaction was concluded during the trading period at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
