CR 21/2023 Registration of the Amendment to the Issuer’s Articles of Association

The Management Board of LPP SA (further referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that, today, the District Court for Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, 7th Economic Division of the National Court Register, has recorded, in the Register of Entrepreneurs, information on the amendment to § 5(5) of the Issuer’s Articles of Association, made by resolution no 26 of the Ordinary General Meeting of LPP SA, dated 30 June 2023, to give it the following wording:

“Within three years from the date of recording the amendment to the Articles of Association, providing for the authorisation in question, in the register, the Management Board shall be authorised to increase the Company’s share capital by an amount not exceeding PLN 10,908 (ten thousand nine hundred and eight Polish zlotys) by issuing no more than 5,454 (five thousand four hundred and fifty four) bearer shares of the N series of the nominal value of PLN 2 (two Polish zlotys) per share [authorised capital].”
