CR 23/2024 Admission and Introduction of Shares to Exchange Trading

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (the ”Issuer”) informs that it has been notified of the adoption by the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange), on 13 August 2024, of the resolution on the admission and introduction to trading on the WSE Main Market of 700 (seven hundred) ordinary bearer shares of the M series in the Company, of the nominal value of PLN 2 (two Polish zlotys) per share.

The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolved to introduce the above-mentioned shares to exchange trading on the main market as of 19 August 2023 provided that, on 19 August 2023, Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (National Securities Depository) registers the shares concerned, recording them under code “PLLPP0000011”. On 19 August 2024 the shares were registered by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (National Securities Depository).
