CR 24/2023 Resignation of the Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter the “Issuer” or the “Company”) announces that today Vice-President of the Management Board, Mr Jacek Kujawa has resigned from the Management Board of the Company (and its Group entities).

Taking into account the competence of the General Meeting to appoint members of the governing body, the Issuer intends to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in the nearest days with an agenda that includes the election of a member of the Management Board.
