CR 26/2024 Recommendation on the election of the Vice-President of the Management Board

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) announces that Mr Marek Piechocki, President of the Management Board, submitted a statement of intention to propose Mr Marcin Bójka to the General Meeting of Shareholders as a candidate for appointment to the Management Board as a Vice-President – Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Taking into consideration the resignation of Mr Przemysław Lutkiewicz from the Management Board of the Company submitted today, it becomes necessary to appoint a member of the Management Board responsible for the financial division of the Company’s Group.

In the opinion of the President of the Management Board, Mr Marcin Bójko, who has been acting in the capacity of a manager in the Finance Department of the Company for over a year, including the duties of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 2024, has the adequate competence and experience to act as a member of the governing body of the LPP Group.
