The Management Board of LPP SA, with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”), announces the contents of the notification submitted by the shareholder – Sky Foundation, pursuant to Article 69(1) of the Act on Public Offering. According to the notification, the number of shares in the Company held by Sky Foundation has decreased below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes.

Along with the notice, the shareholder submitting it has also provided supplementary information: “Sky Foundation remains a passive financial investor in the Company, not involved in its operations. The transactions involving the Company shares reflect Sky Foundation’s long-term strategy to diversify its investment portfolio and, as such, do not represent a negative assessment of the  operations of the Company and future growth prospects. In view of the foregoing, the professional managers of Sky Foundation do not anticipate any transactions in the near future that, in their opinion, could materially adversely affect the valuation of the Company’s securities.
