We have revamped our recruitment strategy to respond even better to the needs of the candidates. For those who decide to relocate after accepting a job offer from LPP SA, we offer, among other things, financial relocation packages and information materials to help them settle in the new city.
Healthy body, healthy mind
Work-life balance is important to us, so we have launched a comprehensive wellbeing programme called “heLPP” for our employees and their loved ones. The programme guarantees quick, anonymous and free access to expert assistance of psychologists, finance experts, and lawyers. We also organise webinars on techniques for dealing with stress or building relationships.
The employees at our headquarters may use a free gym, as well as bukes and electric scooters at their disposal to move between locations. LPP has a sports team called LPP TEAM, with running, triathlon and cycling sections. We sponsor its members, enabling them to participate in competitions or purchase sportswear.
Taking care of our employees’ health, we enable them to purchase half-financed medical packages (for themselves and – in the case of LPP SA employees – also for their families) and Multisport cards.

Our staff training and upskilling strategy includes a system of training tailored to the needs and requirements of the various areas of our business, from management to sales and technical services.
We regularly monitor whether the training is achieving the desired results by seeking feedback from the participants and adjusting the programmes to meet the changing needs of the labour market and the company.

Diversity, equality and inclusion
We are an organisation that promotes and values diversity. LPP is made up of a multinational community of people who have different value systems, come from various cultures, with different levels of sensitivity, and physical and mental health. We want everyone in our company to feel welcome and respected. We do not accept any form of discrimination.
This is reflected in the Diversity Charter signed in 2019 and the Policy for Diversity Management, Equal Treatment and Building a Culture of Inclusion developed in a comprehensive process in 2022.
In 2023 , we continued the DEI Academy, a series of educational webinars on diversity at our headquarters. In January 2024, we launched the DEI Academy for staff working in LPP shops in Poland.
This is a unique training formula, tailor-made to the needs of our staff, addressing the nature of working in a shop and the challenges of day-to-day work. 6 e-learning training courses are planned as part of the DEI Academy, with short video recordings covering such topics as inclusive language, microtransactions, unconscious bias, neurodiversity, LGBT+ and more.
Gender Pay Gap
We carried out an analysis of the pay gap in our organisation and aim to eliminate it. The overall Gender Pay Gap was 2% in the LPP Group in 2023.
We employ people with disabilities
Across the LPP Group, we employ 374 people with disabilities. We work intensively with, among others, a group of teleworkers, developing our project to activate people at risk of exclusion. They assist us in numerous HR and OHS processes.
