Summer Fashion Lab is your gateway to a job in the fashion world!
Fashion is our passion
LPP is a fashion business, but our tasks vary by department. Office work is considered a place for specialists from various areas – both those who are creative and those who are more analytical or management-related.
Whatever the department, we continue to grow dynamically and work together for the success of our brands. The product teams in Gdańsk are in charge of creating the Reserved, Cropp and Sinsay collections, while Mohito and House have their products designed in Kraków. Our Warsaw office is primarily dedicated to Reserved operations. We have been present in the market for more than 30 years now, and we sell our collections in 40 countries around the world.

"LPP od podszewki" podcast
The "LPP od podszewki" podcast is a regular conversation with our employees about their career paths, development and passions. Each character tells his or her story and invites listeners behind the scenes of their work, sharing interesting facts and advice. Read transcripts of our interviews.
The interviews are conducted by our colleague Karolina Czajewska, senior employer branding specialist at LPP.
Why is it worth it?
Work at our headquarters and offices is not only about creating globally recognised fashion brands, but, most importantly, working with an extraordinary team. We seek to make sure that our staff have not only the standard benefits, but also the extra perks and bonuses that come with working for such a large and diverse company.
We value the knowledge, commitment and performance of our employees.
Our employees receive subsidised private medical care for themselves and their loved ones.
Some LPP employees travel on business to other countries, where they have the opportunity to experience different cultures.
Each of our employees receives a pool of vouchers for themselves and their loved ones, enabling them to shop in our shops at preferential rates.
We sponsor participation in more than 100 sporting events every year!
Every young parent receives a baby layette from the company for their child, and during the festive period, presents from Santa Claus are delivered to employees' desks.
